A blessing from the Archangels
The Archangels step forth to offer a divine blessing to you. If you give
permission now, they offer you a simple energy attunement, an alignment to your
higherself, given directly by your Divine Presence. Simply go within for a five

Our Christ Mass and New Year Portal of The Forgiving Heart
A sacred portal between 22nd December and the 4th January has opened, bringing
to every heart that opens in forgiveness at this time, powerful dispensations
for healing and loving growth and connection between the hearts of all souls of
all families and communities worldwide. I invite you to join consciously to be
“even more forgiving” to all people of our world and to all that is creating
distress, stress, and suffering around you, in others or inside of you. As you
do this, this special energy sourced from your own Divine Presence, will grow
stronger inside of you and give you the extra love needed for your life to flow

The special blessings and experiences are always brought to us at this time of
year when love and the heart of charitable giving is in the air. A beautiful
time for us all to join our families and friends and connect hearts and give
each other a gift that simply says we love each other.
So many hearts celebrate every year at this time all over the world, that it
opens a beautiful portal for humanity’s Christ consciousness to shine. The true
joy of Christ Mass though is only felt when we have each forgiven the people in
our lives for anything that we may have felt hurt by. It is this act of
forgiveness that opens our heart to shine forth to fill our next year with new
life and joy.
So many of us gather to simply be together, and yet some family’s Christmas
gatherings are not always the most pleasant encounters, unfortunately. You may
indeed be the one person in your family who is able to bring the forgiveness and
compassion to all members so healing can take place with each other, if all
people in your family do not have their hearts open and flowing with each other.
True Christmas is a time of celebration, but often a time of healing and
forgiveness when celebration is not felt by your spirit. If this is true, sit in
your Christ consciousness over this Christmas in acceptance of all your friends
and family members just as they are, and forgive every member of your family or
close group of friends, for any little acts, judgements or any great acts where
disappointment may have occurred with you, with them, or, between each other.
Just one member in the family holding the forgiveness flame will bring about
balance, and allow the reconnection of the hearts of all present to begin to
occur, beloved. If you trust in your heart and forgive (choose to give love
again), you will bring Christ Mass into a beautiful state of harmony and
balance.
The sacred flame of forgiveness is the very essence of Christ Mass each year, as
it is forgiveness that allows each one of us to love all souls again. I invite
each of you this Christmas to buy one extra present for someone who has no-one
at this time of year, and to forgive with your beautiful hearts all people in
the world who have lost their heart connection and found themselves involved in
wars, violent crimes, the harming of our children, greed, revenge or hurtful
arguments with others, abuse of themselves or others – those that hold a deep
pain inside. If we can forgive the hearts of all souls as we give our gifts in
honour of our unconditional love for each other during this portal that is
Christmas, we will help many more souls awaken from what may be seen as their
blindness, ignorance or sleep.
This act of Christ consciousness is indeed sometimes the hardest thing for a
soul, unless they are reminded that all people deserve love and another chance
to open their hearts. To open your heart to that which you may not like, and to
forgive this, and bring love to this, may indeed be the very act that changes
another human being’s life, and awakens them to living a life of higher purpose,
beloveds.
Indeed it is our time to shine in our lives, and with this let us each remember
those who are unable to shine. To bring them into our compassionate hearts and
welcome them to receive forgiveness, compassion and love is our personal
blessing to all beings. This is our part in the creation of world peace.
Look around you in your life, and there will be the souls that seek a loving
hand, a loving kind word, and a compassionate look, and this may be the very job
that your heart seeks in life, to simply assist another at this time in their
life, to feel as blessed as you, or be as graced as you are in your life.
Trust that as you are shown these ones, that this is not just the act of a
Christian soul. This act of forgiveness has meaning for all souls, and moves
beyond all religions and is the bridge for all souls who share different
beliefs. This extending of oneself at this time of year creates a portal for all
souls to give “blessings” to all other souls.
Remember the true nature of Christ Mass – a 12 day period of renewal through the
power of forgiveness and acts of kindndess - and know you carry the power of
this blessing via the act of your compassionate heart, your kindness and
specifically your forgiveness of humanity’s ignorance. Your heart is called to
make a real difference at this time of year. To look a little deeper at the
other souls around you, that you may not have time to do at any other time of
year, and place your hand and heart out to them in a giving gesture. This is the
spirit of Christ Mass and without this, the pretty wrapped packages do not bless
others, they are simply store bought items that are often not fully appreciated.
Know it is a special time for your heart to grow that little bit larger than
before, and to share a little more of your heart with all, preparing you for the
new year ahead. Walk through the gateway that is the ending of this year with a
new year approaching, via the path of giving, stretching your heart to fulfil
your soul’s truth through forgiveness, as this is the power needed to fully open
the heart more deeply, and at times, this is a great stretch.

The Simple Journey of Love

Such
deep prayers are spoken by our hearts, and sometimes we may wonder why our
prayers seem unanswered in our lives, why life can be difficult and even lead to
deep suffering or we may simply wonder why our friends and family experience
this in their lives. I wish to bring some enlightened understanding to your
hearts and souls in regards to this, so you may feel more empowered in your
daily life and be able to work with the universal laws of life to not only bring
more love and wellbeing to yourself but to all the ones you care for, and to all
in our beautiful world.
It begins with our hearts truly, as you all know, as our pure heart call is
always heard by the universe and always responded to deeply in accordance to
universal law. The laws of life facilitate this for us, but the biggest key is
that our hearts are not always open enough for us to receive all that the
universe wishes to bring into our lives… in answer to our pure heart prayers and
our deepest needs.
In truth, the more your heart truly calls out and calls out with love, the
greater the response is from the universe… but What is a Heart Call and What is
a Prayer and What is a Request from the mind? What is the difference between
these forms of asking?, you may ask... It is the exploration of our heart that
creates a heart call to the universe… it is a loving feeling held in of our
hearts that create true prayer to be offered out to the universe… and it is
often our minds wishes and wants in the presence of no heart connection or
transference of love, that creates a mental request beloved.
In other words, the power of sending out through the universe, our wishes,
dreams is held in the power of our heart and not from the centre of our minds
and this is often why we do not seem to be always universally supported in our
lives. The power of our intentions, prayers and calls for assistance are ignited
by the presence of love, as the carrier signal of love is what creates all
wholistic manifestations in your life. It is the love you emanate that attracts
the universe’s loving assistance of your requests and life intentions and it is
your heart connection to the love within you, that ignites you to begin to
receive support from the universal bank of abundance. Do you ask with love,
or do you expect from others and the world to provide for you beloveds?
It is this reason, some things that are intended in life do indeed take place
with universal assistance and ease and others do not. It is not the universe’s
judgement of you or God’s/Spirit’s judgement of you… it is simply the
biochemistry of your emotional centre, your mental and physical selves not being
aligned and united with the same intention or your love not being radiated out
from your heart centre as you say your prayers or set your life intentions.
There is a field of energy running through you that expands in oneness with the
universal field of life and this field expands and grows only through the
transference of love.
In fact, it is the nature of all of us recognising that all is available to all
beings here... that we all have an unlimited potential in our lives and that it
is indeed our heart connection that is the source of all wonderful experiences
we may have in our lives… that is the next step for all of us in our evolution
as human beings... and this heart connection is also our only answer so all of
humanity may begin to receive the divine grace available, that we need to solve
all of our personal and world problems with ease and grace. For planetary peace,
we need enough openhearted souls living in oneness supporting the balance of our
world, so remember beloveds not to get lost in what seems to be problems within
your life. Focus on the most important things in life – the love you share and
creating peace as your priority and all else will begin to flow more easily. You
are deeply important in this world and the fulfilment of your heart is key for
all of us to exper! ience planetary peace.
To be the change you wish to see in our world, beloveds, simply bring your
awareness each day, in the most subtlest ways… to when your heart is open and
when you are truly surrendered without expectations and attachments and
therefore feeding your life and experiences with love… and to when your heart
is not fully open beloveds, and you are sharing a more limited version of
yourself and experiencing more limitation because of this. Accept this, and
simply choose in these moments to learn to reunite with the power of your heart
more deeply rather than judge this.
Simply in all of these moments of awareness, remember the beauty and power of
your own heart as the creation force for your journey of love in life and if you
have become disassociated from it, choose to return to it and you will return to
the journey of love, which holds the power of your true destiny and experience
of oneness within it. When you choose to return to your heart, all powers of the
universe concentrate upon you to assist you in the Journey of Love. This is the
law of love. You ignite it through the simple choice to return to your heart and
your power of love!

The Beauty Path – Your Path of Oneness with the Universe
The following simple teaching and daily practise is for you to enjoy! A gift
from Spirit, in honour of your divinity, it will help you to align to the path
of discovering your flow of universal oneness in life. This freedom in the flow
of universal connection has been known by the ancients and in many traditional
earth teachings as The Beauty Path. Begin gently to realign your daily life to
create your life path to be beautiful in this life!
The First teaching of the Beauty Path
Universal energy follows your every thought and intention when your heart chakra
is open. Also your universal connection is open when your heart is open. In
other words, your every thought and word is manifested through the power of the
universe when your heart is open. When you heart chakra is not open,
your every thought and word holds limitation and your universal connection is
limited. When your heart chakra is not open, your ability to attract what you
need and create what you wish to create is limited. When your heart chakra is
not open, you live with the memories of your karma and all that is your past and
your mind casts thoughts out based on your past and not your Present reality.
When you recognise your heart chakra is not open, you can change this is a
moment, through heart reconnection, and as the universe holds the power
of oneness and love for you, it will bless you and support you… you will be
supported to return to your heart and walk the next step on your path with
beauty – reconnecting to the innate Presence within you. “The Beautiful or
Divine you” will illuminate more deeply as the universe supports you in life to
be who you are, expressed and centred from the core of your heart. This is the
power of your heart to centre and unite you with the Divine Presence of your
soul and the Universal Heart or Presence of Creation within all of life.
A Simple five-step process so you may begin to BUILD your HEART ENERGY
Step One:
REMEMBERING YOUR HEART ALREADY HOLDS ALL THE LOVE AND DIVINE ENERGY YOU NEED FOR
YOUR LIFE – AS YOU WERE BORN WITH THIS
Simply remember that as a child you were born with an
immense heart that was wide open and overflowing with all the heart energy you
would need for your whole life. This divine energy is still with you and is held
inside of your heart and able to accessed in each moment you open your heart as
you choose to trust love and the journey of life. All you needed was given to
you prior to your birth and your heart holds this now, simply awaiting you to
make a reconnection or deeper connection to it.
Step Two: YOUR HEART GROWS WHEN YOU ALLOW ANOTHER
TO HUG YOU AND YOU RECEIVE THEIR LOVE
Every time you hug another person and you allow your heart
to open at this time, an exchange takes place via the physical contact and soul
contact you make. This exchange ignites a remembrance that you are not alone in
life, that indeed you share oneness with others… and it is this that secondly
supports your heart to open and begin to attract love to it... When we
experience a sense of oneness with another person and allow them to touch and
love us, and we open to receive from them (even if it is only for a minute) our
heart energy grows over this time.
Step Three: YOUR HEART GROWS WHEN YOU GIVE AWAY
SOMETHING YOU LOVE
Every time you give something away to another person, that
you love, your heart grows more powerful in its heart energy simply through the
cycle of giving and receiving... you give that which you love… creates you to
receive that which you love... and love flows through your giving and receiving.
Each time your heart guides you to give something away that you love, and you
hold onto this in attachment, your heart forms attachments based on fear and
this creates limitations to your giving and receptivity. Learn to trust your
heart when it yearns to give something away you love and accept this is the
highest for you and the other person. This will create your heart to grow and
you to be free in life.
Step Four: YOUR HEART GROWS WHEN YOU ALLOW ANOTHER
TO GIVE YOU SOMETHING THEY LOVE OR THEY KNOW YOU LOVE
Similarly, as you give, you shall need to receive. To
receive from others who wish to give to you is just as important as giving
something you love away beloved... The exchange is not based on any
individuals... For example you gave to one specific person so you must receive
from this person, as the exchange is universal... You may never receive back
from the person you have something away to… or even need to... but someone
completely different may be guided by their Heart to give to you... Receiving
this and accepting this is a very important part of your heart development.
Step Five: YOUR HEART GROWS WHEN YOU FULLY ACCEPT
THE SOURCE OF LOVE WITHIN YOU AND YOU MAKE CHOICES IN YOUR LIFE WITH THE
AWARENESS THAT THE UNIVERSE IS SUPPORTING YOU AS YOU ARE LOVED BY THE UNIVERSE.
Every time you remember that you are not alone, and that
in truth you are one with all of life... you move a little closer to the
enlightened truth that creates your heart energy to always be overflowing with
love and light. This truth is very simple but has taken prophets, sages, and
yogis many years of dedication to spiritual practise to embody as their
conscious reality - in other words, embody through all aspects of their
consciousness. This truth seems so easy to understand but to consciously
remember it, or live in the realisation of it and make choices from it, takes,
as we all know, the powerful choice to unconditionally love yourself and all
others you meet every day. If you take the time to move from a space of
non-heart connection to a place of heart connect you will love yourself, you are
able to recognise this sacred truth as your reality.
As you recognise this sacred truth, the love stored inside
of you overflows out of your heart and is continually sourced from within
yourself and you become a more self-reliant force of love in the Universe. Any
thought in the day can be aligned to this truth simply by remembering the sages,
yogis, masters, enlightened beings who have walked the path of igniting their
hearts and divine connection to the universe and the Holy Presence of Love as
they will empower your field and energy to enter a deeper heart expansion. This
will also occur by honouring that all people and beings are One and the truth
that we are always connected in the Oneness. To assist your heart expansion and
opening, simply say the following “I am an ocean of love. I ignite the source
within my heart and ask the universe to expand this for me now”.

In 2009 Qala begins her regular charitable work through evening events known as
“Devani”. If you attend Devani with Qala Sri’ama you will receive a personal
life blessing and an enlightened life teaching from the heart of love/the Holy
Mother/Goddess. Waves of divine energy will fill you and the room and radiate
