COLOUR HEALING - LOOKING BEYOND PURPLE Explore a fun and unique way of using colour for healing, expressing creativity, developing intuitive awareness, finding new direction or balancing emotions.. Colour is a language that works on many levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Through exploring yourself through colour and expressing through 'colouring' you can enjoy this 'playway to the spirit'! The next adult ones are next term at Lismore and Alstonville respectively, through ACE. More information is at www.happyfreechildren.com Next term, through the Byron ACE, we begin workshops for adults and children together to explore the human spirit, our connection with nature and the food we eat; a day of creating, 'colouring' and communicating together using the language of colour, sound and nature. I am very excited to be offering this experience to share and acknowledge all our intuitive wisdom as a group, to children and their siblings, parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, friends or simply adults on their own. LOOKING BEYOND PURPLE - COLOUR WORKSHOPS Family days for young people (7+) and adults One Sunday a month, 10 am - 3 pm Cape Byron Steiner School Hall Explore a fun, unique way of using colour, sound and nature as a way in to expressing feelings, creativity, intuitive awareness and balancing emotions. Join in with other parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, etc to create and communicate together, in developing these qualities and to share and acknowledge all our wisdom. Cost per day: $45.00 adults $30.00 children (includes art materials, journal, and talisman) Bring fresh fruit, veg, etc cut (ready to put on skewers) in rainbow colours to share for lunch! A one day workshop for children, who could benefit from exploring a unique way of balancing emotions, connecting more deeply to their feelings and to nature; who enjoy exploring their creativity; or are intuitive, insightful expressing truth from a higher knowing and need more opportunities to express this wisdom. As a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, carer or friend we create and communicate together, sharing, deeply listening to and acknowledging our wisdom and feelings, finding strength from within, from nature and the food we eat. We will discover the 'kaleidoscope inside us' using the language of colour and sound to begin a journal with 'colouring' and painting 'visual meditations'. We will explore our connection to nature through the senses and the imagination, to feel how our health and sustain'ability' is connected to the earths. |
In this hands-on fun day teachers, counsellors, carers, parents etc are offered training in the Beyond Purple program for use in classrooms, groups etc or simply a day to create and communicate together, to express creativity, feelings and our innate intuitive awareness using the language of colour, sound and nature. 'Kaleidoscopes' is a program that helps our young people with the world challenges, the lack of connection to the nature that sustains us, and in the awareness of our true nature, caring for people but also our earth and the spiritual dimensions. |
